This New Medieval Museum is built in the heart of the Historic Viking Triangle of Waterford City. This project involved constructing a 3 Storey over Basement Exposed Concrete Frame about an Existing National Heritage Building. The Building utilises Bath Stone on the Curved Façade and significant areas of Natural Irish Oak Internally along with substantial areas of Welsh Slate on the Ground Floor and in the Reception Area. Great care was taken in the sourcing of all the products utilising natural products with a history of use in the Waterford Area. The works involved close consultation with all Sub-Contractors and adjacent Property Owners. An Exacting Project completed to Exacting Standards with Quality Finishes to the fore. The Building exemplifies our ability to work with Clients and Interested Bodies to create a High Quality Building on a very difficult site. This Building will be a focal point for Historic Waterford for the future and a Building we are proud to be associated with.
