Greenogue Industrial Centre

This involved the construction of a 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse/office block subdivided into 10 units, some with mezzanine floors. This was a substantial project which required significant design input on the part of the Tom O’Brien team. This input enhanced the project and reduced the build time frame.
