After a slightly disjointed contract period due to the effects of Covid lockdowns, we are happy that Institute of Technology Carlow have recently taken possession of their brand new Pavillion Building at their world-class South Sports Campus development. The works completed by Tom O’Brien Construction included the provision of a striking Pavilion building housing changing rooms, meeting rooms, welfare facilities, storage areas along with all external works and ancillary facilities, which will compliment an already impressive outdoor training facility which IT Carlow have worked hard to establish over the last number of years.
We would like to wish Capital Projects Manager Keith Williams and the rest of the IT Carlow staff well with their new development and hope it lives up to their expectations over the coming years. Our thanks also to Design Team lead Tobin Consulting Engineers, Healy Partners Architects, Don O’Malley & Partners Consulting Engineers and the rest of the Design Team for their work throughout this project. Finally, a well done to TOB’s management staff of Dan, Bosco and Murt along with all suppliers and subcontractors involved for seeing through the successful completion of this wonderful development.
