October 2019: St. Killian’s NS Phase 2 Refurbishment gets underway

We are back in Cork for Phase 2 of the fit-out of St Killian’s School in Mayfield after successfully completing the first phase of their refurbishment last year. Delighted to be working with Architects Mary Harrington and Leonard Healy Quantity Surveyors again. Our team is led by Dan Casey and Derek O’Connor. Our aim is to minimise the disturbance for the school’s staff and students. With that in mind, this fit-out is scheduled to take in the region of just 8 weeks with an accelerated works program.
